So I love to cook and love using really good quality ingredients, including fresh herbs. However we are limited on space here plus we don't have a yard, so having my own herb garden is challenging. Lo and behold, I get this for my bday:
It is an Aerogarden and will allow me to grow my own organic herbs in my own kitchen! It is like a super fancy science experiment. Or like my own mini version of The Living with the Land exhibit at EPCOT. In a few weeks, I will have my own mint, italian basil, cilantro, parsley, purple basil, and chives!! I'll be sure to post pics when it starts to grow. THe pic above is what it should look like when fully grown.

Ooh, I am jealous both of organic herbs AND red velvet cupcakes!!! But you know, not combined.

and I swear I posted here before.,.. I totally want one of those herb gardens. My birthday is soon... I wonder if I could wrangle it out of my husband... LOL
